NorthgateArinso wins two prestigious HR outsourcing awards in New York
HROA ‘thought leader of the year’ for top executive, Eric Delafortrie and ‘technology relationship of the year’ with SAP
NorthgateArinso, a leading global HR services provider, has won two accolades for its achievements in delivering HR ‘on-demand’ from the Human Resources Outsourcing Association (HROA), the leading global organization for HR Transformation and Outsourcing customers, suppliers and advisors.
It has been awarded the ‘best technology relationship of the year’ for its partnership with SAP, and Eric Delafortrie, Global Director of euHReka® at NorthgateArinso, was announced as the ‘thought leader of the year’.
Denis Tournesac, EVP euHReka OnDemand at NorthgateArinso, accepted the awards on behalf of Eric and the wider team. The ceremony took place on May 5, 2009, in New York at the Russian Tea Rooms, next to Carnegie Hall, in front of an audience of over 200 people, including the leadership of the HROA.

Eric Delafortrie joined NorthgateArinso in early 1999 as a project director, and has been responsible for the delivery of some of the company’s biggest projects. In early 2000 he became Director of Innovation, looking after the company’s diversification in service offerings from SAP HCM implementations to a wide variety of consulting services including e-HR, Employee Benefits and Strategic HR Consulting. Since 2000, Eric has led the development of euHReka, NorthgateArinso HR services platform powered by SAP.
